Boarding Requirements

At Binkies Inn, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for your cherished pets. Our flexible boarding options are designed to accommodate last-minute travel plans, unexpected flight delays, or even an extra day of vacation. Each boarding service is tailored to meet the unique needs of your pet, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.

We encourage pet owners to bring along their pet’s favorite toys, treats, and food to make their stay more enriching and enjoyable. While these items are optional, they can significantly enhance your pet’s comfort and happiness.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your preferred drop-off and pick-up times, along with a comprehensive list of what will be provided during the boarding service. Should you wish to make any changes or add additional services, simply contact us by phone or email, and we will gladly customize our offerings to suit your pet’s specific needs.

To give you peace of mind, we go the extra mile by providing regular updates during your pet’s stay. These updates include photos, videos, and messages, keeping you informed about your pet’s well-being and their environment.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off and pick-up times are subject to availability. Reservations are required and will be confirmed via email. When completing the booking form, please include your preferred drop-off and pick-up times, along with any specific notes about your pet’s likes, dislikes, or desired add-on services.

For optimal planning, we recommend booking at least two weeks before your pet’s first day of boarding. Bookings of anything shorter may be subject to cancellation. Please be aware that summer months and holidays are in high demand and often fill up weeks in advance. To ensure availability, we encourage you to secure your reservation as early as possible.

Overstay & Drop-Off Penalties

An additional fee of $40 per night will be applied for any pet that remains boarded beyond the scheduled pick-up date and time, in addition to regular daily fees.

Reservations may be canceled or transferred for a full refund if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the booking date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Boarding Fees

Single Pet: $25/Night

Bonded Pair: $30/Night

Any additional pet in the same pen will cost an additional $5/Night. Any additional pet in separate housing amenities will be charged the prices above.

Boarding Includes:

  • Cleaning Services

  • Housing amenities

  • Food

  • Toys

  • A serving of fruit or mixed veggies. *This will be subject to the animals dietary requirements and needs.
